Hotel bookings via the Organising Secretariat can be settled either by credit card or bank transfer. Each reservation will be processed ONLY if accompanied by credit card details which are requested as booking guarantee. Credit card details are also mandatory when paying by bank transfer. Payments by bank transfer are accepted until 1st December, after this date only payments by credit card are allowed.
